The Why Me:
My motto in everything I touch in my career is I want to put a dent in this can. Sometimes that
means working an incredible number of hours on a project until Im satisfied, while other times it
means applying my talents in such a way as to cause a paradigm shift. Either way, things will
never be the same again after Im through with the project.
Sometimes, this means better optics and dashboards so that our path is clearer and more vibrant,
while other times it means less debris along the road. Either way, Ill make sure to drive the project
home on time, within budget, and in complete scope.
My word means something to me, and I hold myself accountable to what I promise, and what I
deliver.
What Ive Done:
Ive placed some of the most amazing people within pretty-impressive executive roles. At the
same time, Ive placed custodians and plumbers too. Usually, they deal with the same thing.
Ive resolved massive bottle-necks in processes that severely inhibited revenue flow, information
noise, and procurement of HR functions, ultimately saving the client millions of dollars.
Ive helped a plethora of people feel good about making choices, usually benefiting my
employer/client, using relationship building and evidence presentation.
Ive mentored dozens of professionals to their maximum potential, and have impacted their lives

stack ranks, performance improvement plans, intraday tools, as well as removing

o Placed some of the companys most critical hires, ranging from legal, operations,
