Topic: Energy
Level: FORM 2
Aim:
consolidation work on topic of Energy
Learning outcomes:
At the end of the lesson Students should be able to
a) state and identify different forms of energy.
b) identify appropriate sources of energy for given situations
c) give the energy conversion occurring in different situations
d) understand and appreciate the law of conservation of energy
Rationale of lesson:
This lesson aims at allowing students to state different forms and sources of
energy. It will also help them to better understand and appreciate the law of
conservation of energy. The lesson will foster critical thinking in applying
knowledge gained from this lesson to real life situations.
Pre-requisites:
Exposure to different sources and forms of energy as well as energy
conversions(form2)
Lessons on energy (form 1)
