OUR SERVICES
WQEWS provides a wide range of services to our clients, including:
Environmental Management
The recent focus National regulations pertaining to environmental and worker safety issues has
impacted virtually every facet of industrial operations. Industry today is subject to an increasing
number of broader and stricter environmental and safety regulations and, as if these
mandates weren't taxing enough, future legislation promises to be even more stringent. Like it
or not, environmental regulations are here to stay, and the adverse effects of environmental
regulatory noncompliance can no longer be ignored. Environmental issues have become

part of the business equation, and effective management of regulatory compliance factors is
often crucial to continuing corporate profitability. Yet many companies may lack the
expertise within their management staff to effectively deal with the complexities of the rapidly
evolving regulations. That's where WQEWS Consulting Firm comes in.
Occupational Health and Safety
Whether it is an industrial, commercial or institutional workplace setting, QWES has the
qualifications, experience and knowledge of regulatory requirements to assist you in reducing
and managing OHS risks, while maintaining due diligence and compliance with applicable
legislation
Environmental Impact Assessment
The WQEWS Consulting Firms team brings an enviable skill set encompassing strategy,
planning, technical and environmental expertise, and is made up of professional consultants
in the areas of Standardisation, environmental scientists, chemists, ecologists, hydrologists,
GIS , making WQEWS the natural choice to meet all of your EIA needs.
Due diligence
As an organisation whose primary focus is on assessing, mitigating and managing
environmental risks, we understand the need to determine project risk prior to making
investment decisions and are well placed to guide buyers, sellers, investors and lenders through
the Environmental Due Diligence process. While there is a clear downside in neglecting to
consider environmental risks, there is also the possibility that, on occasion, environmental
liabilities may have been over-stated by previously conducted studies. This may result in
valuable investment opportunities being missed. A careful examination of the assumptions
underlying existing environmental liability estimates can therefore yield beneficial results.
Ecological and biodiversity
The WQEWS team brings a proven track record of enabling successful development where
sensitive ecological constraints exist, striking the right balance between addressing ecological
project challenges and meeting the commercial needs of the overall project.
Acoustics and Noise Assessment
Environmental noise regulation is now more stringent than ever, as a result regulators are
becoming increasingly rigorous in relation to noise assessments and noise control measures.
WQEWS Consulting firms consultants bring extensive experience in environmental and
occupational noise impact assessments across a wide range of projects from wind farms,
hydroelectric and biomass stations, to schools, residential developments, commercial
buildings and industrial sites.
Water Supply, Sanitation and Hygiene; Water Quality, environmental water
Water is essential for human life and improved access to safe water supply and adequate
sanitation are crucial for improving health and hygiene in the developing countries. Water and
sanitation are closely linked to development of several other sectors and improving these basic
services lays a foundation for overall improvement of quality of life, reduction of poverty and
sustainable development. WQEWS consulting firm has expertise in providing professional
advice in water resources management, water supply and sanitation, water and wastewater
utility management and environmental management.

policy design and preparation, adoption; implementation (transposition, complementary nonregulatory actions), application (including enforcement), evaluation and revision. For each

and procedures to make sure that the nation has the best regulation possible. These relate to
planning, impact assessment, stakeholder consultation, implementation and evaluation - This
is where WQEWS Consulting Firm comes in.
Hydrology and Hydrogeology
The potential impact of developments on the water environment means assessing, reporting
and developing suitable and sustainable solutions are vital in the delivery of successful
projects. This, together with increasingly enforced compliance with the Water Framework

as a guiding principle and this can be effected through promoting equitable and fair sharing
of resources and caring for these resources more wisely. The approach proposed is to identify
existing and future environmental problems, analyse the underlying causes, and determine

enabling factors which act as underlying causes of environmental problems is critical to
designing appropriate solutions
