Responsibilities include leading future students and their families through the College of
Physical Activity and Sports Sciences or WVU open houses. Also includes answering any
questions future students or their families may have.
Camp Counselor, June 2016-July 2016
Blue and Gold Kids Camp: Morgantown, WV
Acted as a leader for children ranging from 4-12 years of age. Guided children through activities
such as indoor games, soccer, kickball, baseball, etc.
Mentor for the National Inclusion Project, August 2015-Present
West Virginia University: Morgantown, WV
Acted as a mentor/teacher for young kids with disabilities while they participated in activities
such as swimming and gymnastics. This taught me patience and also how to adapt activities so
that those with disabilities can participate.

Responsibilities include greeting tables, taking orders, running food, getting drinks, handling and
dealing with money. Also interact with people and other workers. Also work with computer
system to ring food and drinks in and run payments.

Acted as an assistant to the servers, occasionally running food and busing tables. Also greeting
people and taking them to their seats and letting them know who their server will be, etc. This
increased my people skills and how to work as a team with other co-workers.

Referee for different team sports which included: flag football, softball, and indoor soccer. Along
with being a referee and calling plays, I became very familiar with all the rules that go along
with each of the sports.

The Front Porch Restaurant: Seneca Rocks, WV
I bused tables and washed dishes as a dishwasher and eventually moved up to a server where I
served people food, ran the cash register, worked with customers, and prepared food. This taught
me how to work with other people and built my people skills. Dealing with the cash register and
peoples checks also taught me money/banking skills.
Host/Server, September 2014-October 2014
Colasantes Italian Restaurant and Pub, Morgantown, WV
As a host, I bused tables, seated people who came into the restaurant, and made sure everything
was stalked up. As a server, I bused tables, prepared food, took the customers order and food,
and worked with money and cash registers. This job built my people skills and how to work with
other people. Working with money and the cash register also taught me banking skills.

Ted Davis Auto Sales: Riverton, WV
I was a receptionist at a car dealership. I answered telephone calls, took messages, and
occasionally took orders for things around the shop. This job taught me how to greet people on
the telephone, how to take messages/ schedule appointments, and take orders for merchandise.
