The condo on Market Place is extremely modern. Everything looks very upto-date. The kitchen is smaller, with a cozy dining area, but it is very
efficient.
Both homes have two bedrooms. The house on Magnolia Street has a dining
room, but the condo on Market Place doesnt. However, the Market Place
condo has a work room, and you can convert this room into a dining room
if you want, or you can convert it into another bedroom.
The house on Magnolia is larger, and the rooms are more spacious. It also

convenient to everything.

Please call for an appointment to see these lovely properties.
