Composed a 70+ page thesis about the ground stone collection from el-Hemmeh, Jordan, awarded highest honors in
Anthropology and the Glynn Llewellyn Isaac prize for best thesis in Archaeology 2013

2017 MetLife Biggest Loser Program: Invited to present the initial nutrition lecture to employees participating in the
company-wide Biggest Loser
2016 MetLife Diabetes Month Nutrition seminar: Presented a seminar about hidden sugars in the diet and diabetes
management to approximately 20 MetLife employees
2016 Nutrition Education Seminar for Active Duty Military: Presented a 3-part basic sports nutrition and nutrition for
combat seminar to active duty Marines in 1st Division, 2nd battalion Marines stationed at Camp Lejeune, NC
2016 MetLife Health Fair (protein table): Designed an educational board about the importance of protein and the sources
of protein specifically focusing on vegetarian sources. Stayed for approximately 2 hours and answered questions for
up to 200 people who visited the health fair on their lunch break
2016 Refugee Community Health and Wellness Fair (nutrition table): Educated families on the importance of measuring
salt and oil in traditional recipes as well as eating appropriate serving sizes of traditional Bhutanese foods (i.e. rice)

2015 Port Jervis Varsity Club guest lecture- gave a 45-minute lecture to athletes at Port Jervis High School about the
basics of sports nutrition and recovery foods
Visiting Lecturer at Anna S. Kuhl Elementary School-Taught fourth grade science classes of approximately 25 students
about evolution, fossils, and archaeology one time per semester to supplement science classes. (2014 and 2015)
2016 Taught approximately 110 fourth grade students about evolution, fossils, and archaeology for 1 hour.
Marywood University Academic Honors: Awarded the IHM Merit Scholarship for 2015-2016 and 2016-2017.
Awarded a graduate assistantship for 2016-2017. Invited to join Pi Gamma Mu, international Honor Society for the
social sciences, invited to join Kappa Omicron Nu National Honor Society and invited to join Alpha Epsilon
Lambda, the Honor Society for graduate and professional students.
Harvard University Academic Honors Graduated with recommended highest honors in Anthropology. Awarded
the Glynn Llewellyn Isaac prize for best thesis in Archaeology 2013.
