The main objective of this study is to investigate the influence of internal control systems on the
financial performance in selected sub counties of Uasin Gishu County, Kenya.
i) To determine the influence of internal audit systems on the financial performance in
Uasin Gishu County.
ii) To examine the influence of human resource policies on the financial performance in
Uasin Gishu County.
iii) To analyse the influence of physical controls on the financial performance in Uasin Gishu
