Volunteer as a coach within my club soccer team and train the younger kids to develop their skills through
coaching I have gotten over the years

Describe the connection between your research (annotated bibliography) and your product.
My research shows why we are behind other countries in youth development and what we can do to
improve youth development and my product will show the development stage in which youths must go
through to be on track for the next level

How will you display the entire process in in your digital portfolio? Through pictures and videos of me
training with kids in drills that will improve their soccer IQ and ability.

Estimate the number of hours needed to complete ALL of the items on your to do list (page 2) including
your final product. You must document at least ten (10) fieldwork hours outside of class. About 2
and a half hours but I'll be doing more than one training of course.

Explain how you will document each and every step for completing your product (journal, blog, video blog,
etc.). This must be a documented (10 entries minimum) that will be uploaded digitally. There will be
checks on this throughout the process. Through journal, pictures and possibly some video.

What do you hope to learn during this process? Remember that this is not a research paper or project
but an experience. How to acclimate my soccer knowledge into a coaching manor that's appropriate for
younger kids.

How will this final product go outside of the realm of simply a benefit to you? How will your knowledge,
experience, creation, etc., benefit others? It will give me a chance to work with some very knowledgeable
coaches and work with kids younger than me and develop them into potentially great players.
