Upgrade Reports to V 7.0 March 2014

Summary
This document describes how to upgrade an existing report to Jiwa 7. Not each report can be
upgraded using this procedure. Only simple reports which dont vary much from the Jiwa Standard
Reports will be successfully upgraded using this procedure. Heavily customized reports might need
additional work and maybe Jiwa assistance and therefore appropriate time should be allocated for
upgrading a complex customized report
Minimum Software Requirements

manually
1.

Un-tick the Match type checkbox to show all available fields from the new Jiwa 7 table

2.

Select the unmapped field from the Unmapped Fields Report Fields tree and map it
with the new field from the new Jiwa 7 table

3.

Repeat the step above for each unmapped field, then click OK
If there is a field that cant be mapped because it has been removed from the new table
then the field needs to be deleted from the report.

On the Formula Workshop Record Selection Formula Editor screen highlight the
content of the formula and copy it into the clipboard, then click Save and close
