Philman Holdings Inc. has its humble beginnings as a trading company in
January 1963, Founded by Federico T. Tan, the center of operations was a
leased 600-sq. m. store and a manpower consisting of three to five people.
Business was brisk as the Company focused on indent orders of hardwarebased products.
In 1969, while the trading company was flourishing, Federico T. Tan decided to
expand and venture into the welding business.
The expansion was very successful that, in 1972, the Company was able to
establish its own head office. It was also within this year when the Company
undertook the selling of products demanded in the Upholstery and Mining
industries.
The decade of the 70s and the early years of the 80s brought the Company
into higher heights. Its growth steadily rose enabling it to forge ties with
foreign suppliers, who entrusted the marketing of their worldwide-trusted
products into the hands of the Company.
As the Company had already proven its ability to enter into commerce in the
global trade, its list of clientele expanded, making the Company one of the
most admired marketing firms in the country.
But the accolades due to the Company could not be more timing in 1986, at
the midst of the power crisis in the Philippines, when the Company swiftly
ventured into the generator business. This brilliant move made the Company
one of the pioneers in the trade.
In 1992 the Company saw it fit to better its service to its clientele by creating
two divisions within, namely the Hardware, the Pumps (now known as ElectroMechanical) Divisions. This way, the Company could easily keep track of the
numerous and varied products it has acquired.
It was also during this year when the Company ventured into the agricultural
business. And to provide for the necessities involved in this expansion, the
Company constructed a warehouse facility, measuring 5,000 square meters.

The following year the Company entered into a joint venture with Europhil
Fareast Inc. This partnership enabled the Company to successfully penetrate
the market of architectural hardware.
In 1997 the Company's next stop was the acquisition of an opportunity to
supply swimming pool-equipment and accessories in the country. To carry on
the swimming pool business, the Company founded Liquid Flow Marketing.
In 1998 the Company was granted licenses of distribution from its foreign
suppliers such as Tsurumi, DP Pumps, Sta-Rite and Berkeley, HaywardllM6,
Forras and ABB (motor line).
Adding to its product lines, in 2000 the Company undertook the marketing of
high-end architectural products when D Line lnternational granted exclusive
distributorship to the Company. This prompted the Company to form D Line
Philippines to specifically comply with the necessities of this notable pristine
partnership.
It was in the same year that the Company acquired Official Stock Distributor of
ABB Low Voltage Line and Textron (gearbox and geardrive) Exclusive
Distributor. This created a milestone in the Company's history as it marked its
entry into the electrical business.

Various market opportunities have now prompted the Company to set up its
networks nationwide.
Young companies that are manpowered by veterans are presently established
to focus on the Company's target markets. The group of companies that forms
Philman Holdings Inc. is an ingenious feature that is accomplished due to
years of hard-earned trust and respect of key companies it serves.
FEHN Electromech System Specialist Inc. (FEHN)
In its seven (7) years of existence, FEHN looks after the electrical and
mechanical requirements of the public and private utilities, water districts, and
the food and beverage industry. As one of the young companies established in
January 2003, FEHN assumes the responsibility of tending to the Company's
big projects that are crucial for the development of infrastructure and
commercial sites.
MEP System Integrated Services Inc. (MEP)
MEP has a satellite office based in San Fernando, Pampanga. This is due to
geographical assignments that the Company intends MEP to fulfill in reaching
its target markets. This company whose been in the business for eight (8)
years, shall supply the electrical and mechanical requirements of the
Company's clients based in the North and Central Luzon areas such as
Bulacan, Pampanga, Bataan, Zambales, Nueva Ecija, and Aurora Province.
PVM Electrosystem Inc. (PVM)
PVM assumes the responsibility of serving the electrical and mechanical needs
of the Companys clientele based in the Visayas and Mindanao areas. This
young company boasts of having two satellite offices found in Cebu and in
Davao.
Liquid Flow Marketing Inc. (LFMI)
For the past sixteen (16) years, LFMI manages the marketing and distribution
of swimming pool equipment and accessories. This company also deals with
the trading of pumps and other mechanical requirements of its target market.

2.0 ENGINEERING AND SERVICES

Data gathering, laboratory analysis and characterization of wastewater influent
Evaluation and selection of appropriate treatment process design
Engineering design calculations to determine sizes and capacities and technical
specifications of process, parts and equipment. Prepare for the bill of materials
Preparation and submission of detailed engineering drawings, plans & cost
estimates
Design, Construction and Installation includes civil, structural, mechanical &
electrical works
Testing of the equipment and commissioning and rectifying of process effluent or
discharge parameters & specification to meet standard requirements. Preparation
of Engineers Report to acquire Permit to Operate from DENR or LLDA.
B. We Rehabilitate / Modify (Existing) Wastewater & Sewage
Facilities

Treatment Plant and

(FOR: Existing equipment and Facilities with Design Defects in particular

Environmental audit/detailed survey and evaluation of the existing WTP/STP in
conjunction with the production process. Composite sampling for wastewater
characterization and laboratory analysis.
Evaluation of wastewater composition through correlation of laboratory results
against the standard parameters of the regulating agencies.
Actual observation and testing of the process/operation of the WTP/STP to
determine the actual causes of operational problems, calculate actual capacities
and compare against design.
Determination of the proper chemical dosage by Jar Tests and submit Engineering
report and technical recommendations and solutions.
