The victim resides in Fort Worth, Tarrant County, ‘Texas with his parents, On 01/20/2016, the victim’s father opened the family laptop computer and found that the victims Facebook page was opened. The victim’s father looked through the victim’s recent Facebook messages and found messages between the victim and the suspect which he felt showed an improper relationship had-béen going on for over a year between the victim and the suspect. The victim’s father atid mother went to the Young Men’s Leadership Acaderity, where the victim attends school aid the suspect was a 6th and 7th grade teacher. The, viotim’s parents met with the school’s principal and notified hiitof the Facebook messages..‘the Fort Worth Police Department was notified and Officer Franklin #2744 completed Ett Worth Police report number 16-6263. : On 01-20-2016, your affiant was assigned this case for follow up investigation. Officer Franklin provided me with copies of some Facebook messages between the suspect and the victim, The suspect’s Facebook messenger atthe time was a profile pictire of herself. In one message, the suspect tells the victim, “I don’t want anything bad to happen to either of us so we both need to watch out for the outside world. If you say we need to see each other less than we will.” The victim sent a message to the suspect that was pictures saying I love you. The suspect responded, “Lhope you're not filling my head with fairy tales. I mean it when Tsay Hove you and want to be with you forever.” In another message, the suspect asked the victim, “Guess ‘what I did?” ‘The victim replied, “What?” The suspect then sends him a picture of three different body icings and tells him, “Sorry they didn’t have a sample size of chocolate.” Confidential Page 2 2/8/2016‘The victim provided the Fort Worth Independent School District a written statement describing the relationship between him and the suspect. Officer Franklin provided me with this statement, On 01/25/2016, the victim met with Alliance for Children Forensic Interviewer Lindsey Dula at 908 Southland Ave. ‘The victim told Lindsey that the suspect is a 6th and 7th grade teacher at Young Men’s Leadership Academy. The victim said that during his freshman year of school he began hanging out with the suspect in her classroom. He said he would help her grade papers, and that there would be othet kids ih the lassiooin. ‘The victim said that in October of 2015, he and the suspect began emailing and using Facebook messaging as a way to communicate outside of school. ‘The victim said that he told the suspect that he had feelings for her and she ‘old him that she hed feelings for him too. ‘The victim said that every day after school they would message each other through Facebook Messenger. The victim said that in November of 2015, they changed their sereen names on Facebook: Messenger to Olive and Gator. ‘The victim said that he and the suspect would use the school’s basketball games as fin eXcuse to be together. Instead of going to the basketball games, they would go to the suspect’s apartient, ‘The suspect knew her boyfriend’s work schedule and she and the victim would go to her apartment when her boyftierid was at work. The victim said that he would meet up with the: suspect every day after schodl around 5 or 6pm, The victim said that when he first started going to lie suspect’s apartment they would watch movies. He said it progressed to where he and the suspect would go to her room and lay down with each other and cuddle and kiss. ‘The victim sad that the suspect had told him over Facebook messaging that she wanted to wait to have sex with’him until the year 2017 because then it would be legal. The victim said that he continued asking the suspect if they could have sex and she finally agreed. ‘The victim said thé ‘the first time he had sex with the Suspect was in November 2015 before Thanksgiving. The victim said that the suspect drives a grey Jeep, but did not know the model. ‘The victim said that during the first week of Christmas break, the suspegt took the victim to Oklahoma. ‘The victim said that he and the suspect stayed ata hotel in Oklahoma that was about an hour from Noman Oklahoma. ‘The vietim said that he and thi stispeot had sex in the hotel room. ‘The victim said that during the sex act, he and the suspect used lube that they purchased at a Walmart, and after having sex with the suspect he spilled the lube on the bed. ‘The victim said that the next day, he and the suspect drove to Norman Oklahoma. They went and toured the Oklahoma University campus, then went to a go-cart racing place, ‘The victim said that after they raced go-carts, they drove back to the hotel and spent the night. ‘The next day they drove back to Fort Worth. Norman Oklahoma is approximately 190 miles from the victim’s residence and the victim’ parents were unaware that the suspect took him to Oklahoma. On 02-02-2016, I received a forensic analysis of the vietim’s phone from the lab, There are multiple pictures of the suspect that were found on the phone. ‘There were pictures of breasts on the phone and one picture of the suspect exposing her breast with her face in the picture.
