Any child under the age specified by law worldwide works full time, mentally or
physically to earn for own survival or adding to family income, that interrupts child's social
development and education is called "child labor".

Population:

The increase in population also affects the child labor.

For example; a small family can easily manage there
needs.

Law:

The government has not put its laws into practice to

stop child labor in our country thats why child labor is
increasing day by day.

Effects

Child labor deprives a child of a proper childhood. He suffers physical and mental
torture.

They become mentally and physically mature too fast which is a dangerous sign.

Child labor creates and perpetuates poverty.

Ultimately this leads to child labor with each generation of poor children
undercutting wages.

Law of Child Labor

Pakistan passed laws greatly limiting child labor and indentured servitudebut those laws
are universally ignored, and some 3.2 million children, aged five to fourteen, keep that
country's factories operating, often working in brutal and squalid conditions.

The Employment of Children Act 1991 prohibits the employment of children in certain
occupations and regulates their conditions of work. No child is allowed to work over-time or
during the night.

In Pakistan, a "child" is defined as a person younger than fifteen. The legal minimum age for
employment is 14 for shops and commerce, industry, and work at sea, and 15 for mines and
on railways. The Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan prohibits slavery, forced
labor, the trafficking in human beings, and employment of children below the age of 14 years
in any factory or mine or any hazardous employment.

My Personal opinion about child

labor
As a citizen of Pakistan my opinion is that child labor was one of the most terrible acts
in Pakistan. I think that child labor sick and twisted and anyone who believes in it should not
be considered human. The persons who take works from child labor has strickly strickly
hanged by the government. If we do this we can get rid of child labor in a very short time.
Thank you.

CONCLUSION
The children are working as a labor in school going age for the survival of there
families and to full fill the basic necessities. People dont know the importance of education.
Thats why most of children remain illiterate. It is not just responsibility of government we
are also responsible for that.

SUGGESTIONS

Awareness must be raised and parents should pay attention to the education of their
children.

Child Labor Laws should be strictly put into practice. If we want success then we have
to act upon these principles and then our country can easily get rid of this problem.

We should to distribute the education free of cost, give flame to the candle of
education and distribute the light of knowledge among the people.
