GREEN BELT
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification course presents a n overview of the Six-Sigma
problem solving methodology and statistical tools and focus on specific topics in detail a s
appropriate for the Green Belt level. The course relies on teamwork and the previous work
experience of the participants a s it builds a common vocabulary for the group, reviews the
application of various statistical tools and provides hands on training in their various
methods and application.
Sample topics are based on DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control):
W hat is Lean, W ha t is Six Sigma, Project Charter, KANO model, How to Calculate
Sigma Level (2 methods), KPIs, How to Collect Data, Using Minitab for Data
Analysis, Process Mapping, FMEA, Experimentation, DOE, Poka Yoke, KAIZEN,
Control Toolsetc.

BLACK BELT
Lean Six SigmaBlack Belt Certificationcourse presents a n overview of the Six-Sigma
problem solving methodology and statistical tools and focus on specific topics in detail a s
appropriate for the Black Belt level. The course relies on teamwork and the previous work
experience of the participants a s it builds a common vocabulary for the group, reviews the
application of various statistical tools and provides hands on training in their various
methods and application. Black Belt includes all the topics covered in Green Belt Training and
covers more advance topics for better statistical analysis.

ITIL is UK based certification. It is a methodology/concept to manage you IT department in a
better way with the help of predefined processes and procedures. This course provides IT
Professionals, Managers and Practitioners with a practical understanding of the key
concepts, principles, processes and functions t h a t enables successful IT Service Management
provision. It also prepares delegates for the ITIL Foundation Certificate Examination. The
course is based on the ITIL best practice service lifecycle approach.
The course enables delegates to understand how a n integrated IT Service Management
framework, based on ITIL best practice guidelines, ca n be adopted and adapted within their
own organizations.
