appropriate for the Green Belt level. The course relies on teamwork and the previous work
experience of the participants a s it builds a common vocabulary for the group, reviews the
application of various statistical tools and provides hands on training in their various
methods and application.

LEAN SIX SIGMA GREEN BELT (LSSGB) TRAINING

Objective:
To know Lean Six Sigma concepts, Run a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Project and prepare for
LSSGB Exam.
