To Whom It May Concern:

This letter is issued to explain why Wealth Builder Application, Policy Number
V100236355 under Insured Mr. Joel Tan and Applicant Owner Celedonia Tan with
issued APR no. 2182674 dated January 26, 2016 was not submitted within 24
hours.
I was formerly under AUM Jennifer Antoniette C. Mella but for reasons unknown,
she did not renew her CA license thus leaving me under the care of her UM/DSM
Mr. Roque Rocelo P. Rabajante. According to licensing a transfer form has to be
signed by me to formalize the transfer. Again, I was informed by licensing that
there is a particular day (batching) for them to effect the necessary changes and this
happened only on January 28, 2016 and the only time for me to submit
abovementioned application in order for proper crediting to take effect.
