A registration fee of P3,500.00 will be charged per participant to cover speakers honorarium and
airfare, seminar bag, handouts, certificate, 2 lunches and 4 snacks. A discount of P200.00 will be given to
early registrants and P300.00 to PACAE members and undergraduate students. Accommodation is not
included in the registration fee. Accommodation inside the Teachers Camp, Baguio City is
P180.00/pax/day while in other cities very affordable accommodations which are near the venue will be
recommended by the organizer.

Confirmation of attendance and payment of registration fee should be made at least ten (10) days
before the seminar to qualify the participant as an early registrant. Kindly send to our email

copy or picture (jpeg format) of your deposit slip with your Name, Contact Number, the Title and Date
of the Seminar-Workshop written on it.
Walk-in participants will be charged the regular registration fee of P3,500.00.
The registration fee to this International Seminar-Workshops may be charged to the local
funds/MOOE of the school (following the usual accounting and auditing rules) subject to the approval of
the higher school authorities.
Payment of registration fee should be deposited to this Account Name: PHILIPPINE

Number: 588-023-5751 at any branch of Banco de Oro (BDO). Please bring the deposit slip for
verification purposes.
