Brag Sheet for 12th Grade Passage

The letter of reference that you are being asked to write is for 12th
Grade Passage at Harborside Academy.

Twelfth grade passage is . . .

A presentation of what I have learned and how I have grown since my
freshman year.

Below are some of my accomplishments that I have achieved:

GPA (if applicable otherwise discussion of grades):
My GPA was 3.8 and every year I would get all As and one B.

Evidence of Learning Academic Strengths/Accomplishments as

evidenced by awards, recognitions, academic grades and reflections:
Each class I work hard and study so that I can get good grades. It is a lot of work and I
get discouraged sometimes but I have learned to put away all of my distractions when
its study time. Learning to put away distractions and different ways of studying has
helped me to achieve the grades I did.

Evidence of Personal Growth - Character Strengths and Growth as

evidenced by awards, recognitions, character grades and reflections:

Strengths:
Leadership, respect, cooperation, tenacity, integrity, including others.
Each year I work harder to be respectful towards everyone and make sure that no one
is left out. I know the feeling of being left out and I dont want anyone else to have that
feeling.

Community Service:
For my first period release I chose to be a Teacher Assistant for my band teacher, Mr.
Nepper. Everyday I would come in and do whatever he needs me to do. I would make
copies, fix documents, create programs, organize, and much more. I ended up helping
him for 25 hours in the first semester. I also do a lot of service with members of my
church. For example, we have made backpacks filled with school supplies and donated
those to local schools, we made care packages for homeless teens in Milwaukee, sent
socks to soldiers, and much more. I try my best to serve everyone because it makes
their day better.

Extra Curricular/Organized Activities Inside and Outside of School

Interests/Hobbies:
The different activities that I participate in are crew council, NHS, NEHS, church
volleyball, Jazz band, full orchestra, band, and church choir.

Work Experience (if applicable):

During school I focus on studying and dont really work. The only time I ever work is
when I babysit for members in my church. Also the first semester of senior year I
worked for my band teacher by helping him find places to speak. I would search for
places and contact them and then he would respond.

Post- Secondary Plans:
