DEED OF SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Sale is executed this (insert date) by and between:

the SELLER;

- and –

(state name of buyer), of legal age, single/married and

a resident of (insert address), hereinafter referred to as
the BUYER.

-WITNESSETH-

Whereas, the Seller is the legitimate owner of a motor vehicle specifically described as

Whereas, the Seller has offered to sell the subject vehicle to the Buyer and the latter has
agreed to purchase the same.

NOW THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows:

1. The Seller hereby sells, cedes, transfers and conveys to the Buyer the
subject motor vehicle for a consideration of Pesos: (Insert amount in words),
(Php__________), receipt by the latter of which is hereby acknowledged by
the parties.

2. The Seller warrants full title and ownership over the subject vehicle and that
the same is free from liens and encumbrances in favor of any third party or
entity.

3. In the event that the said title and ownership shall be defective, the Seller
shall be responsible for any and all damages that the buyer shall incur.
 4. The Buyer shall be responsible for all taxes and fees due on the herein
transaction required to be paid by any government agency or entity.

5. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and
may only be modified, altered or amended only with the prior written consent
of the party of or parties against whom, such modification, alteration, or
amendment shall take effect.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Agreement on the date and
place above specified.
