REVOCATION OF SPECIAL POWER

OF ATTORNEY
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, I, _______________________________, of legal age, married, Filipino
citizen, and resident of ________________________________, Philippines , by a certain
public instrument made and executed in Caloocan City on January 13, 2011 entered in
the Notarial Register of _______________________ as Doc. No. 189, Page No. 39, Book
No. 83, Series of 2011, did name, constitute and appoint my husband
_____________________________ as my ATTORNEY-IN-FACT, for the purpose and with
powers mentioned in said instrument;
WHEREAS, the transaction for which said Special Power of Attorney was executed
never materialized as the intended buyer backed out.
WHEREAS, said Special Power of Attorney no longer serves any purpose. Hence, it
must be cancelled and stricken off from ______________________.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, __________________________ , by virtue of these
presents hereby REVOKE, ANNUL and VOID the said power of attorney and all powers
and authority therein or thereby given or granted or intended to be given or granted to my
husband DANILO M. DELA CRUZ.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set my hand this 10 th day of January,
2017 at Caloocan city, Philippines .
