•Antecedentes Personales:
•Con: cirugias previas, OI previas, neoplasia, RT, estreñimiento
•Sin: (OI de novo) sospechar neoplasia
•Exploración Física:
•Signos sistémicos:
•fiebre y taquicardia (estrangulación);
•Hipotensión, oliguria, y sequedad de las mucosas (deshidratación).
•Valvula Ileocecal:
•Competente:
•Dilatación de todo el colon en especial del ciego con ausencia de gas
a nivel de intestino delgado.
•Asa Cerrada si OI completa (riesgo de perforación s/t ciego)
•Incompetente:
•Distensión de colon e intestino delgado con escaso dilatación cecal.

•presencia de una gran cantidad de gas y líquido tanto a nivel de
intestino delgado como de colon, con asas uniformemente dilatadas,
siendo muy característico la presencia en este tipo de ileo la dilatación
