EMPLOYEES CONTRACT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:


This Agreement, entered into this 9th day of DECEMBER , 2016, by and between:
EVERTRUST BUSINESS SOLUTIONS, INC., a corporation duly organized and existing in
accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with principal business addresses at Suite
101 Columbian Bldg. 160 West Avenue corner EDSA, Quezon City and 05L-2 Berthaphil III, Clark
Center, Jose Abad Santos Avenue, Clark Freeport Zone, Clark Field, Pampanga, represented herein
by its General Manager, PAUL GUILLER M. NAVARRO, hereinafter referred to as the SERVICE
EMPLOYER.
FRANCISCO, RACKS KEIFER RODRIGUEZ, Filipino, of legal age, single/ married with residence
and postal address VALERIANO STREET ZULUETA CABANATUAN NUEVA ECIJA hereinafter
referred to as the EMPLOYEE;
-WITHNESSETHWHEREAS, the SERVICE EMPLOYER has entered into a CO-EXTENSIVE WITH THE
SERVICE AGREEMENT OR WITH THE SPECIFIC PHASE OF WORK FOR WHICH THE
EMPLOYEE IS ENGAGED with BANKEE TRADING CORP. (herein referred to as the
PRINCIPAL) to increase overall efficiency and focus on its core competency;
WHEREAS, the SERVICE EMPLOYER had offered and the EMPLOYEE has accepted the COTERMINUS EMPLOYEES CONTRACT, subject to the provision hereunder;
NOW THEREFORE, the parties agree and bind themselves as follows;
1. The period of employment shall commence on NOVEMBER 28, 2016 and shall continue until
APRIL 30, 2017 as SALES DEMO and/or upon expiration of the SERVICE AGREEMENT
between the SERVICE EMPLOYER and the PRINCIPAL. The EMPLOYEE understands and
agrees that the period of employment may be shortened even before the expiration of the period
above given the following reasons that may undergo on due proper and timely process.
1.1 The PRINCIPAL to where the EMPLOYEE was assigned to must be completed
earlier, abandoned or discontinued for any reason;
1.2 Failure to meet the SERVICE EMPLOYERS and/or PRINCIPALS standards and
expectations towards work;
1.3 Violation of the SERVICE EMPLOYERS and/or PRINCIPALS rules and
regulations in which the penalty is dismissal;
1.4 Any just and authorized causes as provided by law.
In the event of such as exigency, only the remaining unpaid salary benefits shall be due to the
EMPLOYEE as mandated by existing law. This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT shall be
deemed automatically extended should the SERVICE EMPLOYER be renewed and/or the where
the EMPLOYEE is assigned to, is extended beyond completion date and provides that the
EMPLOYEE shall remain in good standing by consistently meeting the disciplinary and efficiency
standards, criteria and evaluations set by the SERVICE EMPLOYER herein.
2. The EMPLOYEE shall receive a daily basic rate of P364.00 Central Luzon Region 3. In the event
of subsequent issuance of DOLE/NWPC and other pertinent laws increasing of salary and wages,
COLA, fringe benefits of employees and the like shall take effect immediately or as implemented by
law. In case overtime services are required, the EMPLOYEE shall receive the additional
compensation as provided by law.
3. The EMPLOYEE agrees to give his undivided time and service in the employ of SERVICE
EMPLOYER, to perform such work as may be required of him at a designated place in such capacity
as the latter may direct.

4. The EMPLOYEE is required at all times to abide by all SERVICE EMPLOYER policies, rules and
regulations that are now or may thereafter been forced. Any violation shall be dealt with pursuant to
the afore-stated rules and regulations. Moreover, the EMPLOYEE IDENTIFICATION CARD is
required at all times to abide by the standards and policies set by the SERVICE CONTRATOR/
EMPLOYER relation to the general efficiency, productivity, work attitude, attention to detail and
discipline.
5. In order to ensure the viability of and the quality service required under the EMPLOYEES COTERMINUS AGREEMENT, the EMPLOYEE agrees to subject to regular evaluations developed
and deemed necessary by the SERVICE EMPLOYER relating to general efficiency productivity,
work attitude, attention to detail and discipline, and any other criteria necessary for the proper and
effective monitoring of the EMPLOYEES AGREEMENT performance.

6. The EMPLOYEE hereby warrants that he fully understood the nature of this EMPLOYEES COTERMINUS after the same has been read and explained to him in a language known to him.
