The First Scholars' Forum is intended to:

a. provide a venue to discuss issues and concerns,

develop a database of DepEd scholars identifying the areas of tra

The participants of this activity are Regional Chiefs/OIC Chiefis of
eleven (11) recommended scholars from the regions, C O Scholars, Management
from NEAP, and a Resource person for both clusters. reflects the complete
list of participants.

All the participanfe for the Luzon cluster are expected to be at the
on 30 Januaiy at 9:00 am for the registratioii. First meal to be served w
on 30 January, while the last meal will be p.m. snack on 1 February. Check o

Regional Human Resource Development Divison (HRDD) chiefs must select
(1) of the scholars to share his/her experiences before and after availing
program. The selected scholar is requested to prepare a simple presentat
slides with pictures taken during scholarship program. Ail participants mu
regional costume or attire to be worn during the fellowship night and pic
during scholarship program.

Travel expenses of the participants, and the HRDDs including their p
shall be charged against local funds while expenses of NEAP's Management
Resource Person, and Central Office participants will be charged against NEA
Office Funds. Both are subject to the usual accounting and auditing r
regulations.
