Thank you for your interest in the trips I, Heather Cumming, lead to Brazil for healing with the
miraculous medium Joo de Deus, John of God. I am writing to inform you about trip
scheduling and other specifics.
It is a privilege to be of service to those seeking healing from John of God. He is world
renowned for his documented paranormal healing ability. As a full trance medium, this
dedicated man has spent over 50 years healing thousands of people weekly. John of God
incorporates St. Ignatius of Loyola and other highly evolved spirits that perform spiritual
healing. His work is free of charge and no one is ever turned away.
I believe John of God is one of the most powerful spiritual healers alive. The Entities of Light
that John of God incorporates perform invisible and visible surgeries. The latter are done with a
scalpel or knife without anesthesia or antiseptic yet no one has ever had an infection or
complications from his work. The healing Spirits so completely take over his body and mind that
he typically remembers nothing of what happened during the profound trance. People from all
over the world, from all walks of life, with all conceivable ailments, many diagnosed as terminal
or incurable, visit him. He is one of the most scientifically studied healers with well-documented
cures.
Since my first visit and healing and since I received permission to bring groups to him, my
commitment to John of God and his mission has deepened immensely. On each of my trips
escorting groups to Joos healing center in Abadinia Brazil -called the Casa de Dom Incio de
Loyola, I have witnessed first hand the miracles of the Spirit Entities as well as the love and
powerful energy that flow through this man. It is an honor to be considered by the Entities as a
member of the Casa Family of mediums, filha da Casa, a daughter of the Casa and translator.
The members of each of my groups experience profound transformation on a physical, spiritual
and emotional level. The Casa gardens and current rooms draw participants into prayerful
meditations which is reported to bring spiritual guidance, serenity, strength and hope. Many,
who received visible and invisible surgeries for serious medical problems, experience remarkable
healings. Trips to the Casas sacred waterfall cleanse and renew us as we connect with the Spirits
of Nature- and Earth-energy of this land. And as participants open their hearts and minds to the
ever-present Divine energy, many state that old emotional wounds were finally healed. The
profound and mystical experiences members have at the Casa, resting in their hotel rooms, and

I am Brazilian/Scottish, fluent in Portuguese, French and English, and lived for 30 years on a
ranch just 200 miles from Abadinia. I am well versed with the customs and traditions of the
people in this area and have forged wonderful supportive relationships with the Casa and hotel
staff. This region is my souls home and I would love to share its beauty with you. I will
personally facilitate all aspects of the trip including translation, food and lodging, ground travel
and spiritual counseling. The continued guidance and support I receive from the Casa family, the

this sacred work.

Simon and Schuster and available on Amazon.com is written as a reference to prepare you on
your journey to John of God. This book is available in eleven languages.
I was asked by John of God to be his personal caretaker and translator during his first healing trip
to the United States in April 2003. John of God asked me to be his liaison and translator for
future healing tours to North America. In October 2007, I arranged for him to come to the
Omega Institute in Rhinebeck, New York and it was a yearly event for five years. This event
has been back at Omega since the Fall of 2014; the events continue to be outstanding. It has
been an honor to travel with John of God as an interpreter for him and the Entities. It is a
privilege for me to serve as your caretaker and interpreter on this journey; creating a sacred space
and attending to your needs in every way possible so you can fully focus on your spiritual and
physical healing.

2015 Tour Costs
Two-week tours are $1950; one-week tours are $1650. Most of the two-week tours start on a
Monday and end on the second Saturday. (Traditionally, the December trip has started on the
first Tuesday of the month and ends on the second Sunday.) Within this trip period, one-week
tours are available. For one-week visits: come the first Monday (of the two-week trip) and leave
on Sunday or arrive in Abadinia on Sunday (the middle of the two-week trip) and leave on the
following Saturday. A two-week tour is preferable. The second week helps you to deepen the
process on this introspective and healing journey.
There are a few single rooms available for each tour at the additional cost of $400. You must
inquire into the single room availability for your trip as we process this on a first come, first
served basis. If interested, please include a separate check for the single supplement when you
send in your deposit payment. If a single room is available, the supplemental check will be
applied.

Payment Procedures: How to secure a space for a tour
Email barb.conetta@sbcglobal.net to receive the Healing Quests Tour information.
A $550 deposit is required to reserve your space on any of the tours ($350 is non-refundable).
The schedule for payment of the balance for each tour will be listed in the trip
package email.

Both checks (deposit and balance) are to be made out to: Healing Quests LLC
and mailed to:

(Priority mail with delivery confirmation is acceptable and may bring you comfort. PLEASE DO
NOT ASK FOR SIGNATURE.)
On the memo section of the check please write John of God/Date (the actual date of your tour)
and be sure to include the anticipated length of stay: 1 or 2 weeks.
The next step is to send an email with subject heading Confirmation for Trip when you mail in
your deposit. In the email include the following information:

Date of the tour you will be attending and if it is for 1week(please remember that oneweek trips are Monday through Sunday (1st week) and Sunday through Saturday (2nd
week) or 2 weeks.
Your contact information: phone, email, and mailing address
Your name as it appears on your passport
Your passport number and passport expiration date
If you have been to the casa before, please give the month and year.

Upon receipt of your deposit an application packet will be emailed to you. The packet includes:

Cover letter with instructions, including on how to fill out the Brazilian Visa form
A single page trip application
A Statement of Health form (must be notarized)
A Release of Liability form (must be notarized)

Please return the filled-in trip application form soon after receiving it. You may scan the form to
email or send it by regular mail. Please return the notarized forms at the final payment due date.
You may be able to find a notary public (for health and liability forms) at your local bank.
You may use USPS priority mail to send the documents to Barbara Conetta, 36 Janes Lane,
Stamford, CT 06903. This will allow you to track the mailing if it does not arrive at Barbs
address.
Please note that your pre-trip preparation is not complete until all forms are received. If you are
sending forms and payment AFTER your tours final payment due date, then you must FedEx
the forms and payment- DO NOT USE certified mail or any other service that requires signature
confirmation. Please waive signature confirmation for FedEx else the packet will be returned to
you.
Airfare, Visa, Reservations for Brasilia Hotel
Heathers travel agent, Ana Luisa Walsh, at Discover Brazil Tours in Miami Florida, specializes
in discount fares to Brazil and is well versed with the appropriate routes and arrival times into

If you choose to book your own airfare, your arrival and departure dates/times must match those
of the tour. For all, it is suggested that you arrive either on the Sunday before the tour begins or
the Monday morning that the tour starts. If you arrive on Sunday or before, Heather will make a
reservation for you at a Brasilia hotel. If you choose to arrive on Monday, you must arrive in the
morning on or before 10:30am. If you arrive later than Monday morning, you will have to
pay for your own transportation to Abadinia. The cost is approximately 180 Brazilian
Reais (BR).
For departure, you should try for a Saturday flight; morning or evening. Heather will arrange for
morning and/or afternoon transportation from Abadinia to Brasilia. For those flying later than
Saturday, reservations will be made for you at a hotel in Brasilia for Saturday night. For
those on a 1-week trip the departure taxi cost will be paid by the trip member; the cost is
approximately 240 Brazilian Reais (BR).
Please note that as of September 2009 the Brazilian Consulate has mandated that all visa
forms must be completed online. The on-line visa application from the Consulate can be found

Please note that the on-line document is not all you will need to supply to the visa process; it is
only the beginning.
Travel to Brazil from the United States requires a tourist visa. However, for those who have dual
citizenship, if you have a non-US passport, you may not be required to obtain a tourist visa. The
actual visa process and requirements may differ across the USA (and elsewhere); please read
information in the trip package carefully. Please check with your local Brazilian Consulate for
visa requirements and processing fees. If there is no Consulate in your area you may want to use
a visa service.

are in San Francisco area, his direct line is 415 200 4561. The Healing Quests trip package
includes information from Travel Visa Pro as to what documents you need to supply along with
the visa application form. Travel Visa Pro offers expedited service. You will find various fees
depending on the desired turn around time. Remember that should you choose to use Travel
Visa Pro you still MUST FIRST APPLY FOR VISA online with the Brazilian Consulate.

For those travelers who would like a chance to rest before the two-week tour begins, we can
arrange if you arrive a day early (Sunday) to spend the night at an excellent hotel in Brasilia.
Heather will make the reservations since, in doing so, her groups receive a discounted rate that
includes breakfast Monday morning. If you choose this option, you will take cab from Brasilia
airport (10 minutes) to the hotel (about 45 Brazilian Reais). Barb will email you a reservation
number for the hotel and you may pay the hotel directly with a credit card on the morning you
check out.

Heather will pick you up from either the Brasilia hotel or the Brasilia airport on Day 1 of your
trip. There will be more information, including arrival instructions, emailed to you
approximately one week before you travel.

SPIRITUAL TOURS TO JOHN OF GOD

Two-week tour: 12 nights, $1950 per person; One-week tour: 6 nights, $1650 per person.
Trip cost includes:
1. Introductions to the Entity and personal translation at all times.
Heather is your guide and translator and is fluent in Portuguese, English, French and
Spanish. She was born on a ranch in the region, lived there for 30 years, has a deep
understanding of the customs and mores of the region.
2. Hotel accommodation; trip members will be placed in 2-person rooms (limited single
occupancy extra when available), and all meals at the hotel
3. Round trip ground transportation Brasilia to/from Abadinia with Heather for 2-week
participants
4. Tour of village and local shops with translation
5. Taxis to and from sacred waterfall
6. One box of Holy Water
7. One Crystal Bed session
8. Generous donation to the Casa
9. Participation in evening programs conducted by Heather: orientation, meditations and
prayer circle
May also include:
Time permitting on Day 1 of two-week tour, Heather may take the group to the
Brasilia Sanctuary of Dom Bosco, the Italian saint who envisioned a Brasilia in
1883, for a tour-beginning meditation.
Not included:
1. Single room supplement fee of $400 USD
2. Additional Crystal Bed sessions, snacks, bottled water or soft drinks
3. Herbs prescribed by the Entity (approximately 50 BR for each bottle received). Each
individual may be given multiple bottles.
4. Personal shopping, Abadinia taxis, hotel and transport gratuities
