HOW TO PLAN OR TO ENHANCE YOUR STNs ALLOCATION &

KEEP CHECK ON HANDING AGENT/SHIFTs

Below is the leaf, which will help out Stations to manage, keep check on
handling agents, shifts & plan your ULD demand & supply, to draw your
stations load factor & accordingly justification to enhance your stations
load factor.
(a)
All Station Managers should receive data on daily basis
as described in attached Performa to have a close check on
Handling agent or Shift. See the deviation if ULDs are plus(+) or
Minus(-).
(b)
All station Managers should count all leafs of seasons to <
flight load> like XMAS, EID, Mango season, Hajj, Holidays load,
change of flight schedule, Aircraft etc and accordingly all ULD
categories in Form be summed date-wise & deviation,. If Gross
Deviation is plus or minus it will be stations <load factor> for a
particular Season.
(c)
Sum all yearly seasons & average it, if Deviation is
positive and if it exceeds approved station allocation, immediately
return excess ULDs to Pak base Stations KHI LHE- ISB - PEW.
(d)
If Average Deviation is negative and less than stations
approved Allocation, ask us to enhance your stations Allocation.
(e)
After in-house coordination with cargo/other ULD users, all
requests of ENHANCEMENT should come through Station
Managers only.
