What is this course about?
This one-day coaching skills training course is for people wishing to develop their own
coaching skills at any level of business.
The aim of the programme is to give participants a clear insight into and understanding
of, the dynamics that happen between people when they work together on a one-to-one
basis.
The temptation when coaching someone is to provide the solution for their problem or
difficulty. This course helps the coach to find ways to encourage people to find solutions
out for themselves.
Overall the course will build confidence and ensure that participants have a variety of
skills and techniques at their disposal. It will also clearly demonstrate the enormous
