Findings of the study

From the study, 62% of the respondents are belongs to the age group of 41 50 years.
From the study, 46% of the respondents are male.
From the study, 100% of the respondents are married.
From the study, 38% of the respondents are having their educational qualification is HSC.
From the study, 47% of the respondents are have their monthly income is above Rs.50,
000.

From the detailed analysis of the study it was found 44% of the respondents are satisfied
with first aid facility provided in the work place.
It is clearly understood from the analysis that 44% of the respondents are satisfied with
first aid facility provided in the work place.
It is understood from the study, 38% of the respondents are satisfied with shelter and
restroom facility at work place.
From the detailed analysis of the study it was found that 61% of the respondents are
neutral with cleanliness in work area.
From the study the 40% of the respondents are satisfied with the quality and quantity of
food provided.
From the study, 37% of the respondents are satisfied with drinking water facility provided
in work area.
From the detailed analysis of the study it was found 74% of the respondents are satisfied
with latrine and urinal facility provided at work area.

From the study, 56% of the respondents are satisfied with ventilation facility provided at
work area.
From the study, 47% of the respondents are satisfied with personal productive tools
provided at work area.
From the detailed analysis of the study it was found 39% of the respondents are satisfied
with housing facility provided by the corporation.

From the study, 37% of the respondents are satisfied with hospital facility provided by
the corporation.
From the study, 45% of the respondents are highly satisfied with water and electricity
subsidized rates.
From the study, 51% of the respondents are satisfied with education facility provided to
the wards of the employees of NLC.
Almost majority of 62% of the respondents are satisfied with scholarship provided to the
wards of employees.
From the study the 43% of the respondents are satisfied with recreational club and
infrastructure provided for employees and their families.
From the study the 43% 51% of the respondents are satisfied with bus facility provided
by the corporation
From the detailed analysis of the study it was found 50% of the respondents are satisfied
with special advance / loan at subsidized interest rate provided by the corporation.

It is clearly understood from the analysis that 61% of the respondents are satisfied with
EPF scheme extended to the employees of NLC.
From the study the 45% of the respondents are satisfied with funeral expanses provided
by the corporation.
It is clearly understood from the analysis that 46% of the respondents are satisfied with
training programme in respect to health awareness.
