Congratulations! After thorough deliberation, you have been accepted as one of the
delegates to Magnify 3.0: YOUth for Childrens Rights (UST Volunteers for UNICEFs
Volunteers Summit 2017).
Here are some reminders before you go to the Summit:
1. Please come early the registration time is between 8:15AM 9:50AM. We will start the
program at exactly 10:00AM. Late comers will not be allowed to enter the venue until
there is an appropriate break. Kindly bring ONE IDENTIFICATION CARD with you.
2. Kits will be distributed upon registration. The organization will provide lunch but we
advise you to take heavy breakfast before going to the event!
3. The attire for this seminar/conference is smart casual.
4. We will be having quite a number of activities during the program; your enthusiasm and
energy on 19th of February 2017 are highly expected!
5. Participants will shoulder their delegate fee, transportation, and accommodation (if
necessary).
6. CERTIFICATES will be distributed AFTER THE EVENT. The organizing team will
provide updates from time to time.

MODES OF PAYMENT (Delegate Fee): Your delegate fee will cover your meal, kits,
identification card, and certificate. Payment should be made on or 23 January 2017. Given the
limited slots offered this year, we can only secure your slot upon receiving the receipt of your
