Welcome to Cake & Cookie Decorating!

We will spend the first seven weeks of our class working through the Wilton Cake Decorating Couse #1.
I have provided the book for you in case you would like to practice what you have learned at home.
Reading through the lessons is optional, but recommended. On select days in the semester, you will be
expected to provide your own supplies for class. If you are not able to do so, no worries, I will provide
you with a plastic practice card so you dont miss the lesson. Below you will find the dates, topics, and
homework for the first seven weeks. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions!
sdavidson@mydehesa.org. I am really looking forward to sharing this fun, artistic pursuit with you!
