With reference to the captioned subject, we would like to inform that the Company's Bavla
facility was successfully inspected by the US FDA in July, 2016, which was intimated to the
stock exchanges on 9th July, 2016. ln this regard, we are pleased to share that the Company
has received the Establishment lnspection Report (ElR) from the US FDA for this facility today.

Thus, the Company's facilities in Bavla, Naroda and Switzerland continue to be approved by the
US FDA.
