opportunity presents itself. As Civilians of the omniverse and the Intergalactic Confederation
including but not limited to World Government, we recognize and reaffirm civilianship loyalties
and responsibilities within the communal empires, kingdoms, cities, states, and or national
groupings consistent with the principles of unity above which constitute now our planetary civic
