INTENT TO SUE U.S. AGENTS MATTHEW L. FESAK & TONY WEST

1. Hereby, the Plaintiffs give PUBLISHED PUBLIC NOTICE of U.S. PUBLIC

CORRUPTION, and U.S. Government EXTORTION SCHEME “O.R. 569/875”.

2. The Plaintiffs are prosecuting Defendant U.S. AGENTS MATTHEW L. FESAK and

TONY WEST for fraudulently concealing, e.g., U.S. CORRUPTION, BRIBERY,

EXTORTION, and DELIBERATE DEPRIVATIONS. See, e.g., Doc. # 29.

3. Defendant crooked Judge Charlene E. Honeywell disqualified herself and fraudulently

concealed prima facie Government CORRUPTION & EXTORTION scheme “O.R.

569/875” under color of authority. See, e.g., Doc. ## 282; 288; 93-1; 2:07-cv-228-JES-SPC.

1. Just because many Defendant crooked Judges and priests fucked

innocent victims, “Special Asshole” Fesak has no authority to
further fuck around Government corruption victims in the
customary “patently frivolous, vexatious, and harassing” and
criminal manner, Doc. # 29, Case 2:10-cv-00089-CEH-TGW.

CONTEMPT OF THE LAW

2. You and the Government Defendants are in “utter contempt” of
the law, which does not recognize the facially fraudulent and
frivolous “resolution 569/875” “claim”. As a matter of law, no
“law” or “resolution”, whatsoever, could possibly
involuntarily divest the Plaintiff record landowners of their
title. Plain and short, you are full of “frivolity” shit for
the criminal purposes of concealing Government corruption,
extortion, and bribery on the public record.

3. Instead of getting to the legal issues complained about such
as, e.g., Government corruption, fraud, and deliberate
deprivations, you idiotically rambled without “any chance of
any success”, Doc. # 29.

4. Just because Nazi judges kept killing innocent Plaintiffs in
Nazi Germany did not make said criminal judges “immune”. HOW
