Leadership
As Section Leader for the Marching Band and Indoor Percussion I was tasked with the responsibilities of making sure that the section
performed in unison. Part of my responsibilities also included making sure that the members made rehearsals and competitions at set times and
dates. In addition, I communicated with the members to make sure that they were practicing their parts.

Lead Praise and Worship group at my church for Youth Group; in this role I had to pick the songs that are to be played. I scheduled meeting
with other praise and worship members and communicate the songs to be rehearsed. I filled in when the praise and worship leader for regular
Sunday services was absent.

As team captain of the relay for life team, I recruited team members; set team and individual fundraising goals. I organized and planned team
meetings to review goal status on a weekly basis; reviewed findings with the team and made changes accordingly to make sure team goals were
meet. Met with directors from Relay For Life organizers to get event status.
