OUR MISSION

We exist to create a community of

builders, each equipped with the skills
and tools necessary to breathe life into
ideas, whether as entrepreneurs or
software engineers.

ABOUT US

Founded in early 2015, DigitalCrafts

is an Accelerated Learning Program,
more affectionately known as a coding
bootcamp, with campuses in Atlanta, GA,
and Houston, TX.

Immersive Bootcamp transforming
beginners into entry-level engineers with
cutting edge technical skill sets, polished
portfolios, soft skills training, and on-going

Our 16-Week Immersive Bootcamp is
held at DigitalCrafts Headquarters, in
spacious classrooms on the top floor of
the Atlanta Tech Village. The Immersive
Programs curriculum has been developed
for beginners and aspiring developers who
have the motivation and tenacity necessary
to learn complex matierials in a condensed
format.

In order to help ensure everyone arrives on
the same page, students are also required
to complete 60+ hours of pre-work prior to
the beginning of class.

Throughout the course, immersive students

will learn basic front-end web development,
advanced front-end web development, COURSE LENGTH: 16 weeks
JavaScript and the MEAN stack, Python

Students will spend 8 hours per day in a

classroom of like-minded peers under the
mentorship of an industry expert. Each
of our instructors has over 10 years of
development experience and is passionate
about growing Atlanta's tech talent. Class
takes place from 9am-5pm, Monday
through Friday, and typically requires
additional work in the evenings to complete
lab assignments. In addition, students
may enroll in an evening "elective," which
covers complimentary skillsets like User
Experience ("UX") Design, Cross-platform
Mobile Development using Ionic, or Native
iOS App Development. We rotate our
elective tracks periodically, both in response
to our observations in the job market and
in an effort to provide myriad learning
opportuntities for students and alumni.
We only run one elective at a time, and

WHAT IS A WEB STACK?

A web stack consists of all the components needed to
create a fully functional web application. It contains
all the nuts and bolts needed to operate a web page
on a server. Typically, a web stack involves a server
(the hardware), an operating system, web server,
programming language, database, several frameworks,
and the browser.
By covering two web stacks and complimentary elective
tracks like UX Design, our students are better equipped
both as builders and job seekers. They're more
versatile and better able to tackle new technologies
in a constantly evolving industry. They're able to turn
their ideas into full-fledged web apps without missing
components. In short, they're full-stack engineers.
