Summary
Overall Hermosa Beach real estate investment in January was fairly positive as total sales increased 16.67%, median days to sell
dropped 33.33%, net listings improved 9.26% and the sales-listing ratio ticked up 6.76%. Year-over-year months of inventory data
point held constant at 4.0 from 2016 to 2017.

In January, C.A.R. reported Despite strong headwinds of tight housing supplies and an affordability squeeze throughout
much of 2016, Californias housing market ended the year on a positive note, posting a moderate sales pace and home price
