What is your weakness?

I work too hard sometimes. / 'Sometimes I'm too enthusiastic when working on a new project. But I've
learned to adjust to everyone else's pace, and not go charging ahead.

What is your strength?

I think one of my greatest strength is as a problem solver. I have the ability to see a situation from different
perspectives and I can get my work done even in the face of difficult obstacles.

What do people most often criticize about you?

Theres no on-going criticism. Im open personal and professional growth and welcome the opportunity to
improve

What have your job achievements been to date?

I feel that my biggest achievement was yet to come, I always looking to achieve more tomorrow than I did
today.

How do you relate or deal with your co-workers on duty?

I like to build strong relationship with my teammates and I like to build up team morale because I think that
positive minded tend to be more productive

Why do you choose this major?

In high school I always enjoyed maths, science, earth science and any type of problem solving; which lead
me to engineering. I picked mining engineering for a couple of reasons that I love big machinery and I
wanted a challenging workplace where I would always be learning from those around me.

What do you like about this company?

Well, the Freeport reputation is certainly a factor, I would be proud to work for a company with such a long
history of leadership in the industry and I would love to work for an organization thats leading the future of
the industry.

I can contribute my ability to your company, I have an ability and willingness to learn, and I am a hard

I have experiences in some mining company, I know about the upstream and downstream in mining sector
also I have a knowledge about heavy equipment

How would you adjust to working for a new company and new co-workers?
Coming to work for a new company certainly involves a lot of adjustments. However, I have always been able
to adapt quickly to new work situations. A large part of this has to do with my ability to get along and
communicate effectively with many people.

Explain your level of confidence and how to handle pressures on duty?

High confidence and I keep my cool while working under pressure. Multi-tasking and patience usually helps
in these kind situations.

What makes a good team/person/ leader?

'A good team needs to have clear objectives and goals, and procedures to work towards these. Each person
needs to be clear what their role is, and what is expected of them. There needs to be openness and trust,
and clear communication.'

Berapa lama waktu yg anda perlukan untuk memberikan kontribusi jika anda anda diterima di perusahaan kami?
Tapi biasanya kalau pekerjaannya sendiri pekerjaan yg agan sudah biasa lakukan biasanya dalam 3-6 bulan
sudah bisa berkontribusi. Lain halnya kalau type pekerjaannya berbeda, atau agan dipromosi dan lain
sebagainya maka agan sendiri perlu waktu lebih lama untuk beradaptasi dahulu.
Apa yg menjadi target jangka pendek dan jangka panjang anda?
Dalam 3 tahun kedepan saya berharap bisa terus berprestasi secara konsisten diperusahaan ini,
selanjutnya saya bisa mendapat kepercayaan untuk naik jenjang satu level dari posisi saya saat ini. target
jangka menjadi Manager atau Head di perusahaan ini atau selevel dengan itu.

What is your toughest decision?

Sir, I haven't taken any tough decision yet. Any decision is tough if we are not having the
clear ideas about the options.
I never had any tough decision till now, but I think my life has just started now and there
will be tough decision to take.

Saat saya magang, berada di lingkungan perusahaan yang baru tentu diperlukan banyak penyesuaian.
Namun saya selalu mampu beradaptasi dengan cepat terhadap situasi kerja yang baru bagi saya dan dengan
kemampuan saya untuk bergaul dan berkomunikasi secara efektif dengan banyak orang membantu saya
dalam mengatasi masalah penting dalam relasi dengan orang lain.
