Banksters and Fraudsters inundate our court rooms daily with fraudulent document
s , many of these documents are€manufactured by the foreclosure mills themselves
with full knowledge of the Banksters. We find that many of the assignments that
supposedly "create" standing for these wrongful€foreclosure actions, are as a c
onsequence of€a purported "authorized signatory" for MERS€transferring the Mortg
age from MERS to Plaintiff€who is€but an employee from the same foreclosure mill
filing the foreclosure action. To make matters worse,€the foreclosure mills are
acting as counsel for Plaintiff against Defendant, MERS.€Incredibly,€the forecl
osure mills€are Plaintiffs' counsel in these cases even though it has already ac
ted as counsel for Defendant, MERS, in these very cases!€It is fundamental that
the same law firm cannot represent a plaintiff and a defendant in the same case.
The amount of fraud has no limits and usually constitute third degree to first d
egree Criminal Felonies in most states. Well, we are here to make sure that the
law applies equally to these Banksters and Fraudsters as it would apply to the a
verage Joe,€as a fraud is a fraud is a fraud, regardless of the suit€worn by€the
