Lona exhibits magnificent verbal skills that enable her to communicate clearly and in a concise
way. She also has proficient listening skills and takes time to comprehend complex matters well
to meet the requirements of the clients. Additionally, her written communication skills
adequately meet the qualifications required for her position in the team, and she sees to it that
other are also informed as required. One strength she has is occasionally choosing methods of
communication that may seem inappropriate to me, but in the long run, she drives the message

As a mature employee, Lona displays a higher level of skill in work following all the available
routine options for effective service delivery. She is a dedicated worker who is so keen to ensure
quality output thereby saving production costs significantly. Another thing about her she is
punctual as I have noticed over a long time that she reports to work each day without failure and
she is always ready to work. Apart from these, I have noted that as a mature worker Lona is
honest, attentive, focus oriented and confident in all her deeds. Above all, she has sound
problem-solving skills. She researches all the options and develops the best alternative for any
prevailing problem. She is skilled at gathering information from various sources and analyzing to
come up with a sound solution. She can do more to solve a problem before it escalates to the
point of no control.

The punctual character Lona has enables her to meet the deadlines she has set for her job. This is
encapsulated with the planning and organization she has for her job. Lona plans and organizes
her time in the most explicit way possible. She prioritizes her tasks through setting measurable,
realistic goals, and avoids any form of distraction that would hinder her beating the deadline set.
However, she has a weakness integrating other additional resources that may necessitate changes
into the existing plans. To me, I see this as a strength because she gives adequate time for the

Summary
In support of the above rating and with a particular focus on goal meeting I would like to say that
Lona and I set goals in the previous spring. We never expected reorganization, and this really
changed the priorities we had. We never diverted to any other project to maximize concentration.
This enabled us to get many projects in the long run and Lona played a critical role in selecting
the new payroll vendor and reviewing the procedures of the project audit.
