Lona uses deductive reasoning to make smart progress required to meet goals and deadlines. She

is a quick learner and very fast adapts to the policy changes of the department and overall

changes in the company. Mostly she likes taking initiatives to develop her skills and is ready to

learn from mistakes. One major thing about her is the technical knowledge she has that has

enabled her to execute her duties with the highest level of accomplishment.

Lona exhibits magnificent verbal skills that enable her to communicate clearly and in a concise

way. She also has proficient listening skills and takes time to comprehend complex matters well

to meet the requirements of the clients. Additionally, her written communication skills

adequately meet the qualifications required for her position in the team, and she sees to it that

other are also informed as required. One strength she has is occasionally choosing methods of

communication that may seem inappropriate to me, but in the long run, she drives the message

home.

Mature

As a mature employee, Lona displays a higher level of skill in work following all the available

routine options for effective service delivery. She is a dedicated worker who is so keen to ensure

quality output thereby saving production costs significantly. Another thing about her she is

punctual as I have noticed over a long time that she reports to work each day without failure and

she is always ready to work. Apart from these, I have noted that as a mature worker Lona is

honest, attentive, focus oriented and confident in all her deeds. Above all, she has sound

problem-solving skills. She researches all the options and develops the best alternative for any

prevailing problem. She is skilled at gathering information from various sources and analyzing to

come up with a sound solution. She can do more to solve a problem before it escalates to the

point of no control.

Working around the clock

The punctual character Lona has enables her to meet the deadlines she has set for her job. This is

encapsulated with the planning and organization she has for her job. Lona plans and organizes

her time in the most explicit way possible. She prioritizes her tasks through setting measurable,

realistic goals, and avoids any form of distraction that would hinder her beating the deadline set.

However, she has a weakness integrating other additional resources that may necessitate changes

into the existing plans. To me, I see this as a strength because she gives adequate time for the

task at hand and she avoids mistakes as much as possible since all the concentration is diverted

and converged to one task.

Team player

Lona provides constructive, candid feedback, and welcomes any opinion from the team

members. She has the capabilities of balancing the needs of the team with her individual

responsibilities. As a good problem solver, she has high contributions towards building a positive

team with high spirits as she does not put her interests forward. This implies that she is

collaborative and go beyond her regular duties to meet the interest of the company while

maintaining fairness to other team members. Her proficiency in team playing enables her to

quickly assume a leadership role whenever the need arises to lead a team as she has a strong

influence and greater confidence.

Dependability

Lona fulfills her duties with a lot of enthusiasm. She consistently arrives to work in time and

ensures that all the areas are covered all the time. Furthermore, she has no record of unscheduled

absence excepted in the case of an emergency where she seeks permission and prior approval for

absence. Her record of attendance is appealing implying that she can always be counted on

especially when there are a lot of tasks amounting to overtime.

Lona builds constructive relationships at work characterized by a higher level of acceptance and

mutual respect. She is approachable in all aspects and treats customers fairly with a lot of
respect. She has built an excellent rapport with most customers in an effort to demonstrate

Lona displays a high level of creativity and thinking far much beyond the expectations required

for her position. When unexpected challenges come upon her, she appears to be resourceful as

she generates numerous usable and suggestions which seem to be ingenious for improving the

output quality.

Summary
In support of the above rating and with a particular focus on goal meeting I would like to say that

Lona and I set goals in the previous spring. We never expected reorganization, and this really

changed the priorities we had. We never diverted to any other project to maximize concentration.

This enabled us to get many projects in the long run and Lona played a critical role in selecting

the new payroll vendor and reviewing the procedures of the project audit.
