Please refer to the order no . PGC/2016/Annex IIi / DP /11/37235 dated.

22/01/2016 and on that basis:-

1. Kindly provide the certified copies of the action taken report(ATR) furnished by
the officials (their names with their rank ) of Delhi Police in compliance to the
order mentioned above.

2. Kindly provide the certified copies of all the documents attached

/enclosed/any other supporting documents upon which the investigating
officer relied upon to reach at a specific inference which he has
presented before the honorable member PGC on DOH (03/03/2016) in
compliance to the order mentioned above.

3. Kindly provide the CCTV footage/photograph of the meeting of the PGC

member with the investigation officer accompanying his senior in
compliance to the order mentioned above or any photograph of the
hearing which took place on 03/03/2016 regarding the applicant's
grievance.

4. Provide certified copy of the order no 254 dated 04/04/2016 sent by

PGC honorable member sh s.k.jain to the aggrieved.
