1. 65% of students will show growth on the MCA Reading and Math tests
2. 60% of students will reach proficiency on the MCA Science test
3. Sustain and grow our enrollment while meeting the needs of all students
4. Maintain a staff development plan that supports district goals, including implementation of
Marzanos Framework of Effective Teaching through PLCs
5. Through the PBIS framework, improve and facilitate a learning environment that is safe and where
educational risk-taking is encouraged and promoted
6. Maximize instructional time for each student while reducing out of class referrals by 20%
7. Through PLC Technology Goals, integrate technology to enhance and transform educational
opportunities and experiences
