When the fend is relatively high, the section dimensions for the embeded components of shall be inereased accordingly in an effort to inerease the contact surface between the ‘components of botiom sill and the concrete thus achieving a goed anchorage. The embeded components of bottom sill for 2 with low head and small orifice may be simplified accordingly fe | Fig. 208 7.0.7 The relevant dimensions regarding accident gate that is locate atthe intake of hydropower station and works by utilizing the drop of water column, parapet as well a lintel may apply those imensions indicated in Fig.7.07.For the accident gate in the tnrge-seale hydropower station, the ‘relevant dimensions for parapet and lintel should be determined through model test, 7.0.8 The design width of rail head(S) and the are radius of rail top(R, see Fig7.0.8) for bakelite slide and filling PTFE plate slide track may apply as per Tables 7.0.81 and 7.08.2 Table 708-1 Bakelite Slide Loxd(kNinm) Below 10) 10~20] 20=35 “Ae Radius of Rail RGma)_[__ 100 130) 200 Design Width of Ral Head ; ren 25 35 40 “Table 7.08.2 Filling PTFE Plate Ste Load(eNimin) <10 1o=20 ‘Are Radius of Rail RGmm) [300 og Design Width of Rail Head [40 30 Som) 7.09 The height of main tack for gate slot regarding plane working gale and accident gate of submersible orifice type may be determined based on operating conditions and selected as per 1.5-2.0 times the orifice height. For the purpose of fcilitating the gate to Fed inthe slot, the top of track shall be fixed with guide slope. 7.0.10 The stength of main track for gate slot regarding plane gate may be checked by’ taking ‘Appenclis L for reference, The reverse and lateral tacks may be selected based on constuction requirements 7.0.11 The hinge for are-shaped gate of top-expesod type should be supported onthe reinforced concrete while the hinge for are-shaped gate of submersible orice type may be supported on the steel beam, 7.0.12 Both sides of upper and lower reaches regarding gate slot of plane gate should be fixed with metal protective corner, height of which arranged shall be determined according to its working conditions. 7.0.13 The design of embedded components for trashrack slot may be conducted based on the ‘relevant requreients for the embedded components of plane gate 7.0.14 The lining and protection of botiom sill For construction diversion-hole gale and the ‘adjacent parts regarding large-scale and medium-sized peojecs shall be determined based on such factors es lowing satus of water current passing through Ua gate al diversion period. dsion oF ‘water Tow passing through the gate as well as contin of bed land passing through the gate, section may the 200~800nu01, Where applicable, due Hsing plate wha ‘The height of bottom si oes y ‘width 0f $00-1500mI both in the upper and lower reaches may be setup, and the anchorage dlesign shall be intensitied,
