RESOLUTION NO. 2017-01

A RESOLUTION REQUESTING FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FROM THE HONORABLE

MAYOR PELAGIO R. TECSON, JR. FOR THE 2017 ANNUAL PROVINCIAL CONVENTION
OF THE PROVINCIAL LIGA NG MGA BARANGAY SA PILIPINAS LEYTE CHAPTER.

WHEREAS, THE Liga ng mga Barangay sa Pilipinas- Leyte Chapter will be holding its Annual
Convention on March 16-18, 2017 at the J Centre Convention, Mandaue Cebu City.

WHEREAS, through this convention, the Liga ng mga Barangay sa Pilipinas-Leyte Chapter would
be accustomed of the new rules & regulations that is up-to-date, commensurate and germane in their
quest to effectively and efficiently provide qual`ity service to their respective barangay constituents.

WHEREAS, the Liga ng mga Barangay sa Pilipinas-Leyte Chapter in view of the financial
consideration in attending the said convention would like to meekly request for a financial assistance to
augment the necessary expenses to be incurred in attending the aforesaid convention.

WHEREFORE, with the motion of Hon. Manuel G. Mercado, and duly seconded in mass by the
members present, resolved as it is hereby resolved requesting for FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FROM
THE HONORABLE MAYOR PELAGIO R. TECSON, JR. FOR THE 2017 ANNUAL
PROVINCIAL CONVENTION OF THE PROVINCIAL LIGA NG MGA BARANGAY SA
PILIPINAS LEYTE CHAPTER.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished to the concern offices for their
information and guidance.
