Course Description:

The law governing obligations their sources, kinds, nature, and effects; the law
governing contracts their creation, interpretation, modification, performance, and other
incidents; includes natural obligations, trusts, estoppel, extinctive prescription, and
compromise.

Grading System:

I. Recitation - 50 pts

This is determined by multiplying average recitation grades by 10.

II. Exam - 50 pts

This is determined by dividing final exam score by 2.
