Tutorial: How to use Windows app to upgrade

the firmware.

Upgrade manual for Energy s7

1. Make a backup of data you have stored on your Energy Tablet.

2. Fully charge the battery.
3. Turn off your Energy Tablet.
4. Open the application Energy Updater with administrator privileges.

i. Windows XP: Right click over EnergyUpdater

and choose an administrator user.
ii. Windows 7: Right click over EnergyUpdater
Run As
Administrator.

5. Accept the driver software installation.

6. Open LiveSuit.exe

7. Close the wizard.

8. Select the update.img file by clicking the button shown on the picture.

9. After selecting the update.img file, hold the HOME button of the tablet,
and WITHOUT RELEASING it, connect the tablet to the PC with the USB
cable.
10. If all works, a wizard will appear, you have to click Yes on the two
screens.

11. The progress will be started automatically, and you will have your Energy
Tablet upgraded in few minutes.
