A three (3) envelope system shall be adopted for the Tender. The proposal with the least cost of those accepted as commercially compliant and technically responsive willbe recommended for contract negotiation and depending on the ouicome of such negotiations, for final award of the contract. 3.4 Eligibility to Participate 344 342 343 35 354 352 35a ‘This “aviation to Tender” is open to all Tenderers excepl categories stated in Clause 3.4.2 below. The documentary evidence ofthe elgbilty of the Smart Meters and Communication Infrastructure and. ‘Associated Accessories shall consist of a statement of origin of the goods and services offered which ‘shall be confirmed by a certificate of origin issued at the time of shipment. 8.16.3. The Warranty wil remain val for eighteen (18) months after the goods, or any portion thereof as the case may be, have been installed tothe final destination indicated in the contrac, or for twelve (12) ‘months ater he dete of commissioning which ever concludes earlier.
