1. EXT. DESERTED. CITY
Multiple shots showing the deserted city after the
outbreak has occurred. The camera pans through the
deserted city showing how empty the city is and what has
happened. A new reporter voiceover and the emergency
broadcast system diegetic and non-diegetic sound with
disconnection and cutting out. Shots of people panicking
about the crisis. News reporter goes live to news
reporter who is on location, filming live in the deserted
city when the cameraman gets knocked over during a crowd
of zombies and the shot turns into a dutch tilt.

NEWS REPORTER #1
This is the emergency broadcast system. This is not a
test. A senator from disease control has reported an
outbreak on a new virus.

NEWS REPORTER #2
Here from London, I am Kate Aide reporting for BBC World
News. Here we have reports of the former deceased coming
back alive. Families been evacuating and this is where it
all started.

MAN #1
ITS THE END OF THE WORLD. ITS THE END OF THE WORLD.

OH MY GOD.

NEWS REPORTER #1
Is anyone out there?

2.INT. CONFERENCE. ROOM.

Government officials are having a meeting about
overpopulation and creating a virus that will hopefully
help reduce the population but the are telling scientists
(Dr Mason Cooper & Dr Amelia Hart)otherwise. A
presentation is shown in hope that they will agree to
make the virus. Shot around the conference table and
Gabriel Garcia entering the room as well as shots of them
presenting the presentation.

GABRIEL GARCIA
We have gathered you here today to discuss our problem of
overpopulation. With Dr Amory Sheppard we've figured out
a way to reduce the population.

DR. AMORY SHEPPARD

We will be using Dr Mason Coopers research into cancer
vaccines as a distribution method for the virus.

GABRIEL GARCIA
We have no choice, this is the only solution. Project
Zero.

3. INT. SCIENCE. LAB

Dr Mason Cooper walking into the lab, multiple shots of
flashbacks of the scientists in the lab creating what
they think is a vaccine for making people immune to
cancer but its a virus to reduce the population by using
an animal called a tardigrade. Dr Mason Cooper vlogs his
process with the help of his assistant Dr Amelia Hart and
Dr Amory Sheppard.

DR MASON COOPER
Testing. Testing. This is Dr Mason Cooper accompanying me
is Dr Hart and Dr Sheppard. Were so close, haven't slept
almost 48 hours. The tardigrade vaccine, we can change
the world. Were starting test 16 right now.

4. INT. MEDICAL. ROOM.

Medical room where patients is being injection by virus,
shown as a series of close ups. Then the camera shows an
patients turning into a zombie, zoom of them opening
their eyes and then attacking the doctor who injected
them with the virus. A voiceover of Dr Amory Sheppard is
used over the top explaining about Tardigrades.

DR. AMORY SHEPPARD.

Tardigrades, first discovered by a German zoologist in
1773. They are able to survive anything and we believe
they can help us reduce the population once we have made
them into a virus and inject them into people.

5. EXT. DESERTED. AREA.

Shots of Dr. Mason Cooper now surviving in the
apocalypse, shots of zombies and him trying to get away
from them. Also shots of him shouting at people that he
can help them and save everyone.

DR. MASON COOPER

Anyone? Is there anyone there? I can fix this I can save
everybody

6. DR. AMORYS. OFFICE.

Dr Amory Sheppard discovering what has happened to their
plan and realising that it hasn't worked and now people
have turned into zombies.

DR. AMORY SHEPPARD.

I cant believe this, what have I done. This wasn't meant
to happen.
