NOTE:
1. The amount shall be paid as one time merit-cum-means scholarship to the student who
meet the following criteria:
a) The student should be a BE second year student of stream and should have had
no E or F or X grade up the first semester of the second year of his/her study.
b) The candidates with CGPA of 6.00 up to second year and having annual family
income less than Rs. 5.00 lakhs.
c) The scholarship shall be decided on the basis of the family income, but satisfying
the minimum criteria of CGPA.
d) In case of same family income, the student having more CGPA shall be awarded
the scholarship. If the CGPA is also same, then AGPA of the previous years
would be considered for the award.
e) The candidate should not be a recipient of any other scholarship during the year

2. The information provided by the applicant for availing the scholarship can be verified by
the committee at any point of time. If any information found false, scholarship will be
withdrawn and disciplinary action will be taken against the student.
3. The right of awarding the scholarship shall lie with the award committee.

Students applying for scholarship will attach the following documents:

i) The student have to submit a CGPA cards up to 1st semester of second year.
ii) Proof of family income in the form of Income Certificate issued by revenue
official/copies of Income Tax returns for the last three years filed by the parents.
iii) The parents shall be required to submit an affidavit of the income from all sources and
mentioning source of income.
iii) A copy of fee receipt paid by the student for current semester.
