Rainbow Parents,

We want to address the news story that was published this morning about our Taylor Mill school and
several other Northern Kentucky locations. We found much of the information included to be
misleading, and do not want you nor your family to have any questions about the situation at your
school.

Most importantly, six of our centers are not in any danger of losing their license. Due to the incidences
that occurred this past fall, six of our facilities were placed on sanction. Sanction indicates that a
violation was identified and the school will then receive increased monitoring and require additional
training.

Since then, Rainbow has worked to go above and beyond the requirements for compliance. All six of the
facilities have received random inspections from the state and every center has passed. Three of the
six facilities are no longer under sanction due to compliance and passing all requirements, with the
other three schools expected to be removed from sanction in the coming weeks.

Regarding the potential license revocation at our Edgewood center; this past fall we received notice
from the state that, without proper response from Rainbow, the state would move forward with the
revocation process. We responded and worked with the state appropriately, and the state rescinded the
revocation process.

We are also aware that this news station is planning a follow-up story this evening. We will be sure to
address any additional information that report may contain tomorrow.

Thank you for your support,
