Excuse me I want to tell you about the relief in Borobudur temple.

To appreciate a structure of borobudur we should enter by the

east gate and circle the temple clockwise, so we can follow the story
completely with walk one complete circle around temple and this
process called pradaksina or Paying homage to the holy spirit.
Ok at first let see about relief Mahakarmawibangga in
kamadhatu stage. Mahakarmawibangga consist 160 panel but only
several reliefs are opened for visitors.Not all relate a continous story
but it provide ilusstration of cause and effect completely. Relief in
hidden foot depict the inevitable Law of karma that reveal human
desire, lust and biological need. As the squence of bad behaviour
they will be punished. On the contrary will get a reward if have good
behaviour.
Lets in upper level we will find a manuscript of Lalitavistara in
Rupadhatu stage. it depict the life story of Buddha Gautama or
Sidharta Gautama. Lalitavistara consist 120 panels and located on
the mainwall of the first gallery and start from the descent upon the
Lord Buddha from Tushita heaven and end with his sermon in the
deer park near Benares.
In the upper gallery we can see Gandavyuha and Jataka or
Awadana reliefs. Gandavyuha which consist 460 panels depict
Sudhanas tireless wandering in search of highest perfect wisdom.
Jataka or Awadana consists 720 panels and depicted on the main
wall and on Balustrade of the temple. It depict about the prvious life
of Buddha Gautama. before he was born as a prince Sidharta, the
hundreds times the Boddhi satwa are similar to Jataka but the main
figure is not Boddhisatwa himself.
