hot thng nht.
Mt s thc phm thch hp v c li cho vic phng chng cao huyt p c gi tham
kho v vn dng.
Cn ty: C tn khoa hc l Apium graveolens L., dng th cng ti cng tt, ra tht sch,
gi nt ri p ly nc (nu c my p th cng tt), ch thm mt cht mt ong, mi ngy
ung 3 ln, mi ln 40ml. Nghin cu hin i cho thy, nc p cn ty c tc dng lm gin
mch, li niu v h huyt p. Cn ch trnh nhm ln vi loi cn ta thng dng lm rau
n hng ngy, c tn khoa hc l Oenanthe stolinefera Wall.

thch hp cho ngi b cao huyt p v ma h. Nn dng di dng n sng hoc ch thnh
da gp nhng ch khng cho qu nhiu mui.

cha nhiu mui Kali nn c cng dng gim p, li niu v bi ph lng Kali mt i do
dng cc thuc li tiu Ty y.
M thy: Mi ngy dng 60-120g ra sch, p ly nc, chia ung 3 ln trong ngy hoc
dng 120g sc cng vi hi i 60g v hi to 60g, ung thay tr trong ngy.
Ngoi ra, ngi b cao huyt p cn nn trng dng mt s thc phm khc nh ng (c bit
l tr ru ng), vng, ht sen, ng sen, c ci, u tng, ci xanh, bp ci, du thc vt, tr
tm sen, tr hoa he, tr tho quyt minh, tr cc hoa, tr bch cc, tr k t, mt ong...
Khng hoc hn ch dng mt s thc phm nh lng trng, no ng vt, gan d, tht
chim s, tht d, tht ch, thn ln, m ng vt, ru trng, da hoc c mui mn, thuc l,
c ph, tr c, ht tiu, t, gng...

Ch n dnh cho ngi cao huyt p ang c p dng rng ri hin nay bao gm:
- Tng cng cc loi thc phm nh: ng cc th, c, gia cm, u, ht (hnh nhn, u
phng, u lng, ht hng dng), rau qu, tri cy ti (chui, cam, bi, qut, to, o,
thm, nho), sa v nhng sn phm t sa t bo.
- n nhiu thc phm giu cht ka-li (c chua, khoai lang, nho, cc loi u), ma-gi, can-xi,
cht x.
- n c, tht trng, tht g, tht gia cm b da.
- Hn ch tht (tht b, tht heo), bnh ngt, nc ngt, thc phm cha nhiu cht bo bo
ha hay cholesterol (m, ni tng, da ng vt, lng trng g).
- Hn ch n mui, nm mui khi ch bin thc n.
