IDENTIFIED IN DOCUMENTS OF CONTRACTUAL BILL OF SALES, SALES CONTRACT, DEED OF TRUST,
WARRANTY DEED (WHICH INCLUDED VENDOR LIEN) RESULTED IN EXTENSIVE ANONMALIES AND DAMAGES
IN ACCORDANCE TO PROVISIONS REFERENCED THEREIN-IN. THESE ANOMALIES PROMPTED MR and MRS
BOTTORFF TO SEEK RESTITUTION OF COSTS FOR PROPERTY DAMAGES, REPAIRS, AND REMITTANCE OF
LATE PAYMENT FEES, UNDER THE DESCRIBED PROVISIONS AND SUSTAINED UNDER EXTENDED PROVISIONS
OF THE VENDOR LIEN.

Project Background Description

WE PURCHASED TRACKS 10, 11, and 12 DECLARING AS OUR TEXAS HOMESTEAD ON OR ABOUT 1999 (SEE
Mr. and Mrs. Bottorff APPENDIX A). THERE AFTER WE INVESTED GREATLY IN IMPROVEMENTS VIA THE
ADDITION OF A GUEST RESIDENCE HOUSE, A BOAT DOCK, AND CONSTRUCTION OF AN ALL WEATHER
GRADED GRAVEL, COMPOSITION EAST TO WEST BOUNDRY TRANS PROPERTY 10 FOOT WIDE 577 FEET
ACCESS FROM RANCHETTE ROAD WEST BOUNDRY TO EAST SIDE LAKES WATER EDGE 50 FOOT BOAT
DOCK. ALL THIS, WHILE ELIMINATING A MASSIVE EAST LAKE FRONT 600 FOOT LONG 15 FEET TALL
INFESTATION OF WILD BAMBOO, A TWO SUMMER TWO WINTER TORTUROUS ENDEAVOR.

AFTER A FEW YEARS OF OUR OWNERSHIP, ONE YOUNG, IVAN GARCIA IMPOSSED ON US VIA A POPULAR

THE BEGINNING PARAGRAPH OF THIS TRETES.TO EXAMINE OUR RIGHT TO REDRESS ORIGINAL
TRASACTIONS THAT RELIEVED US OF OWNERSHIP OF TRACT 12 . TO THIS END I HAVE ENGAGED THE
COUNCIL OF MR. IRA LEVI TO DETERMIN IF SUCH ACTION IS A VIABLE ENDEAVOR.
