Course Description
After completing this two-hour class, you will be able to understand how you currently respond to
change and how to adapt to change. You will also learn how to help your employees deal with
change and the appropriate behaviors to address your teams needs. This course is not intended to
address operational issues but rather to give you the resources to understand your readiness for
change and to help position you and your team for ongoing change.

KP Learn Class Registration Instructions

1. Log in to KP Learn on any computer with Internet Access: http://learn.kp.org
2. Select I am a KP Employee or Physician.
3. Enter your NUID and password, and click Log in. If this is the first time you are
using KP Learn, your initial password is welcome.
4. In the Search Learning Catalog box, click on Advanced Search, and enter the
title of the course (e.g., IT Leading Organizational Change Workshop).
5. Click on Register next to the class you wish to enroll in. You will receive an online
confirmation of registration for the course.
